How do I create an account on Creatics?
To join Creatics:
1. Go to http://creatics.org and click 'Join Free to Access Creatics Experiences & Opportunities.'
2. Fill out the form with your first name, last name, email, password (6–30 characters), and check 'I’m not a robot.'
3. Or sign up instantly with Google or Apple.
4. Click 'Join Now' to create your account.
Why do I need to verify my email?
After you sign up, we send you a verification email to make sure your email is correct and secure.
Check your inbox and either:
- Click the 'Verify Email' button, or
- Copy the 6-digit code and enter it on the verification page.
What if I don’t get the verification email?
If you can’t find it:
- Please check your Spam or Junk folder. The email Sender is: info@creatics.org The Subject line is: Creatics Email Validation
- Wait a few minutes — it can take up to 5 minutes.
- Click 'Resend Email' on the verification page to get a new code.
What if I forgot my password?
If you already have an account but forgot your password:
1. Go to the Sign In page https://creatics.org/login.
2. Click 'Forgot Password?'
3. Enter your email and follow the reset instructions sent to you.
What if I still can’t sign up or log in?

What happens after I verify my email?
You’ll be guided through a few onboarding steps to set up your profile and help us get to know you better. This ensures you have a personalized and welcoming experience on Creatics. You can do or skip these onboarding options.
Why does Creatics ask for my profile picture?
Your picture personalizes your profile and helps others connect with you more easily. You can upload a photo of yourself or something meaningful to you. (JPG/PNG, max 40 MB.)
What are ‘My Words’?
This is a short bio — a few words about what you love, your passions, or your profession. Example: 'Family, Writing Novels, NYC'. (Max 128 characters.)
What does ‘I’m a Fan of’ mean?
Here you pick up to 3 areas you love as a fan — like Film, Music, Books, Art, etc. This helps us recommend content you’ll enjoy and further personalize your profile.
What does ‘I’m a Creator of’ mean?
Here you pick 0 to 3 areas you create — such as Film, Books, Music, Tech, etc.
What is the Treasury Collection?
This is where you can add your favorite creative works — things you made or love — to your personal collection. You can upload a picture, write a title, pick a category, describe it, and optionally link to it.
What does ‘Connect with Community’ mean?
You can introduce yourself to the community with a short video. Upload an 8–60 seconds, mp4/m4v/mov, max 100 MB, video.
Do I have to finish onboarding now?
No — you can skip any step and come back later. Take your time!
What if I get stuck during onboarding?
If something doesn’t work or you feel confused, please chat with us or email us anytime. We’ll help you through it. We care about making this smooth and enjoyable for you.
What if I make a mistake entering information?
You can edit your profile anytime later via the My Account menu option near your profile page user icon — your picture, bio, interests, and treasury collection are always under your control.
